Engagement Criteria

At AGCG, we maintain flexibility in meeting new clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their capital objectives. However, we are particularly interested in engaging with the management of companies that meet the following criteria:

Minimum Net Profit: Companies should have a net profit of over $3 million.
Growth Sector: The company operates in a growth sector with significant upside potential.
Strong Management Team: At least one executive member must be proficient in English.
Financing Requirements: Companies should seek a minimum of $20 million in financing.
